About Us
Our services are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of our community, offering hope and healing to individuals impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. We operate two safe and confidential domestic violence shelters: Taylor House DV Shelter in Sabine Parish and PCI-Shreveport DV Shelter in Caddo Parish. These shelters provide secure housing and a supportive environment for those escaping abusive situations.
In addition to shelter services, PCI supports nonresidential survivors through outreach offices in both Sabine and Caddo Parishes, offering access to advocacy, resources, and guidance on the path to healing. We also provide comprehensive support for survivors of sexual assault, including medical advocacy, personal and legal support, and court accompaniment — all at no cost. Our Child Advocacy Center conducts sensitive, child-centered forensic interviews to ensure the well-being and protection of children.
All PCI services are free and strictly confidential. We never share your name or personal information outside of our organization, and we are committed to providing safe, respectful, and effective support for all who turn to us.
You are not alone. We are here, ready to walk alongside you every step of the way.
