About
Project Celebration, Inc. (PCI) is a nonprofit organization located in Northwest Louisiana. Our agency provides direct services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and children experiencing violence. We currently provide services in Bossier, Caddo, DeSoto, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine and Webster Parishes.

PCI has carefully designed our services to fit the needs of our community. We currently operate 2 domestic violence shelters that provide safe housing for women and children fleeing domestic violence. Taylor House DV Shelter is located in Sabine Parish and PCI DV Shelter is located in Caddo Parish. We also have outreach offices in each parish to provide services to nonresidential clients. PCI also offers free services to sexual assault survivors such as medical, personal and court advocacy. We offer visit coaching and parenting classes through our Family Resource Center. The Child Advocacy Center conducts forensic interviews for children.

All services through our organization are free and confidential. We never share your name or information with anyone outside our organization and work tirelessly to ensure we provide safe and effective services to all in need.

Child Advocacy Center (CAC)
The CAC's primary goal is to provide a child friendly environment to record the disclosures of child physical abuse and/or sexual assault. The process is called a Forensic Interview. These interviews are conducted for investigative and prosecution purposes at the request of DCFS or Law Enforcement Agencies.
